29 Design provides graphic design services including logos, branding, wedding stationery, personalised gifts, greeting cards, and custom illustrations. All services are subject to availability and may be updated without notice.
2. Orders and Payment
All orders must be paid in full before production or delivery. Prices are subject to change without notice. Payment methods accepted are detailed at checkout.
3. Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services. Tracking information will be provided when available.
4. Returns and Refunds
Due to the personalised nature of our products, returns and refunds are generally not accepted unless the product is faulty or incorrect. If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days with photos and order details.
5. Intellectual Property
All designs, logos, images, and creative content produced by 29 Design remain the intellectual property of 29 Design until full payment has been received. Upon receipt of full payment, ownership rights to the final deliverables will transfer to the client, except where otherwise agreed in writing. 29 Design retains the right to showcase the work in portfolios, marketing materials, and online platforms unless the client requests confidentiality. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of the designs prior to full payment is prohibited.
6. Use of Website
You agree not to misuse the website or interfere with its operation. You must not attempt to access unauthorized areas of the website or use it for unlawful purposes.
7. Limitation of Liability
29 Design is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. We strive for accuracy but cannot guarantee that all information is error-free.
