Shipping policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days after payment is received (excluding weekends and public holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times vary by destination:

Ireland: 3-5 business days

Europe: 3-8 business days

UK: 3-10 business days

Rest of World (including the USA): 7-14+ business days

Please note these are estimates only. Delivery times can vary depending on postal delays, customs processing, or local carrier issues.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

All international orders may be subject to customs inspections, import taxes, or duties once they reach your country.

These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

I am not responsible for any customs delays, fees, or returns that may occur if customs charges are unpaid.

Please check your local postal or customs authority for details on potential charges before ordering.

Returned or Unclaimed Packages

If a parcel is returned to me due to unpaid customs fees, incorrect address, or being unclaimed, I can resend it once additional postage has been paid. Refunds are not available for orders returned for these reasons.

Lost or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive within a reasonable timeframe, please contact me at courteneyluttickdesign@outlook.ie and I’ll do my best to help resolve it.

In-Store Collection Policy

Orders must be collected within 14 days of receiving your “ready for collection” notification. If your order has not been collected within this time, we will send a reminder.

If the order remains uncollected after 14 days, it may be cancelled and the items returned to stock.

For personalised or made-to-order items, the order may we disposed of or forfeited without refund.

If you are unable to collect within 14 days, please contact us as soon as possible, we’re happy to hold your order a little longer by prior arrangement.
